best ever chinese chicken
(27)
My daughter brought home friends from China. I wanted to make something for them to remind them of home. So, I tried this recipe. It was easy to assemble and make. Not only did the friends from China love it, but my family also loved it. I'll be making this again and again.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Serve this Chinese chicken over a fluffy bed of rice, and you'll have a delicious home-cooked meal that tastes just like takeout. It's filled with juicy, tender pieces of chicken breast, fresh veggies, and crunchy cashews for an assortment of textures. Savory, tangy, a little sweet, with just a kick of spice, the flavors in the sauce are balanced nicely. Simple and delicious.
