chicken spaghetti
(6)
This is a great recipe for a cold day. My kids devour it! There are many easy substitutes; I have used cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, cooking wine with a bouillon cube, etc. Always tastes great!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This chicken spaghetti could very well become your go-to casserole. The ingredients are usually on hand, and it is easy to prepare. It is a hearty pasta dish that's creamy and filled with chunks of chicken. We used deboned rotisserie chicken, but any leftover chicken will work. Pimentos add a bit of flavor, but the casserole is a blank canvas to add spices and seasonings you enjoy. Cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheese helps to make the casserole nice and creamy. A simple dinner that can be made any day of the week.
