A super simple shrimp and pasta dish. It only takes as long to make as it takes the pasta to cook! We took some of our favorite things, tossed them together, and came up with this tasty meal. We had it with a small side salad and a piece of garlic bread... yummy! Regarding the shrimp, this is one time where size doesn't matter. I used jumbo shrimp because that is what I had. However, you could use any size you like with the exception of tiny bay shrimp. I do not think they will work for this recipe. Go with small or larger shrimp.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Serve this garlic Parmesan shrimp and pasta with hot bread and a side salad for a simple dinner. It comes together quickly, so it can be whipped up on a busy weeknight. Fresh onions and garlic simmer together for the sauce. When combined with white wine, parsley, dill, and red pepper flakes it creates a wonderful sauce. The shrimp cook very quickly and are ready by the time the pasta is done. We thought the topping of Parmesan cheese brought all the flavors together.
