    Gochujang sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 8 oz
    tofu, cut into squares

    scallions, chopped

How To Make instant pot beef kimchi stew with tofu

    Select sauté and add the olive oil. Add the meat and brown on all sides. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add the kimchi, beef broth, soy sauce, gochujang, and brown sugar.
