Born in the Greek Village of Tarpon Springs, Florida. In summer I was a Carney Kid traveling with my grandparents on The Royal American Shows. They were Carney Chefs and had The Pie Car where all the carneys ate on the show train. My first job as a carney kid was washing dishes standing on a milk box to reach the sink, as I grew taller I helped in the kitchen & waited tables.In winter I lived with my grandparents on their farm in Tampa Bay area. On the farm I collected eggs, graded them & cleaned them for delivery. I loved animals & cooking and still do. Wonderful Memories...
